Cheryl Suggashie, an Ojibway from Pikangikum First Nation, discovered her passion for sewing and design through language, surrounded by a big family. Her love for design is inspired by powwow culture, nature, story telling and teachings. Cheryl also teaches sewing with the youth and other First Nations community members.
