This collection consists of contemporary men’s and women’s silhouettes that celebrate the designer’s Northwest Territories Dene Culture. This is achieved, in part, via the use of digital technology that uses computer generated embroidery that looks identical to the traditional Dene beadwork created by his late grandmother, Margaret Moses. The designer also uses traditional materials like hand beadwork, moosehide/NT harvested fur for trims combining these with couture design elements and contemporary/high quality fabrics. Mahsi.
