Water covers over 70% of the earth’s surface. Since time immemorial, the great oceans have acted as both barrier and bridge to connecting peoples around the globe. The Global Program celebrates water as a bridge for exchange, highlighting our interconnectedness as Indigenous peoples through the presentation of two international Indigenous designers. This program, titled “TU CHO (Big Water)” presents Margaret Jacobs (USA) and Maru Creations (New Zealand).
