Krysta Furioso is an Anishinaabekwe from Fort William First Nation and living in Coast Salish territories for over 25 years. As a child in Thunder Bay, she fell in love with beadwork’s intricate grace. That beautiful melding of history and craftsmanship has remained her medium of expression. She has worked with every stitch and bead under the sun, and today she makes bead woven jewellery as part of her family business, ONLY CHILD Handicrafts.
